Sales & Operations Manager - Haulaway Storage Containers
Base Salary + Commission: $70,304 base + commission
Haulaway Storage Containers is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to drive local sales growth while leading daily container operations. This role blends customer-facing sales leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
Develop new business and grow existing accounts
Lead drivers and yard teams to deliver reliable service
Oversee dispatch, routing, and container logistics
Ensure safety, compliance, and service quality
Manage sales pipeline and customer activity in Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
Sales or operations leadership experience
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment
Comfort working across sales and operations responsibilities
