Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Quality Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment in their homes.
  • Follow Care Plans: Implement and follow personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and preferences, while adhering to all homecare standards and regulations.
  • Monitor Patient Health: Track and report changes in patient’s condition, including vital signs, physical, mental, and emotional status. Communicate effectively with the care team and family members to ensure optimal care.
  • Provide Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the patient’s home is free from hazards and follow all protocols for infection control, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Document Care: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including daily activities, changes in condition, and any incidents, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Respect Patient Dignity: Provide care with compassion, respect, and confidentiality, always prioritizing patient dignity and well-being.


Qualifications:

We have a variety of CNA and HHA openings available and are excited about matching you with a great opportunity! Take a look at the requirements below, to see what you’ll need to get started:

  • Current CNA License or 75 Hour HHA Certificate (from accredited school/institution in FL)
  • High school diploma
  • Current hands on CPR Certification 
  • Appropriate documents required by the state in which you practice in
  • 1+ years of CNA/HHA(HHA  75-hr Certificate must be from an accredited school/institution in Florida) experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years
  • Proof of negative TB (titer/ chest X-Ray)
