Work Location: Beijing: We are looking for a passionate, creative and talented Web Designer to join our dynamic team Education Background & Professional Knowledge: Undergraduate degree, preferably BA in graphic design, industry design or equivalent educational background; Ability to express oneself creatively through visual art, deep understanding of user interaction; Rich knowledge of visual/product design, deep understanding of UED, knowledge of usability, design pattern and interaction design is a strong plus; Familiar with the procedure and methodology of digital product/visual design, 1 year + experience of web design is required; Good understanding of xhtml/css, knowledge of javascript is a plus ; Understanding of Flash animation, competent at working with vectors; Professional Skills: Minimum 1 year experience in web design/product design or graphic design; Competent in working with Adobe Photoshop/Fireworks; ability to work with Dreamweaver is a plus; Good ability to work with Adobe Flash, able to write simple AS to create interactive animation is a strong plus; Excellent communication and time management skills; Good presentation skills is a plus; Able to communicate in English; Personality & Character: Creative and with excellent communication skills; Must be able to work in team and be motivated to bring value to the organization; Self-learner, self aware & ability to multi-task; How to apply: If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
