What You'll Be Doing:

Building a Profitable Portfolio: You'll have the opportunity to directly impact the success of our business by underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial trucking clients.
Risk Assessment and Pricing: You'll learn to analyze risk, determine appropriate pricing, and rate endorsements.
Autonomy and Ownership: You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your book of business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Relationship Building: You'll become a trusted partner to our agents and insured clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Comprehensive Training: You'll participate in a comprehensive training program that includes one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in sales, relationship-building roles, or insurance is a plus, but not required!
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk.
The ability to identify customer needs and promote our products and services.
