About the Client: It is a highly esteemed hotel located in the United States, and they are currently seeking to hire individuals for both seasonal and non-seasonal positions. The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in and during the guest’s stay and departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, responding to various guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with hotel standards. This role is part of the Front Office Team, reporting to the Front Office Manager. This is a 12-month employment program in the US under a J1 professional exchange visa. Only eligible candidates are to be selected for this opportunity. Candidates must pay job placement, Visa sponsorship, invitation and work authorization fees in case of successful placement. What you will do: • Handle all guest interactions with the highest hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. • Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, and directions. • Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interact with guests will be in person and by phone; • Resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests. Note: Candidates must pay the fees for the job placement, visa sponsorship, invitation, and work authorization upon successful placement.

Requirements

• 1 + years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset • Hospitality students and graduates are welcome to apply • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills • Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation • Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
