Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and achieve strategic goals.
• Actively participate in acquiring essential project data and resources, maintaining alignment with production and operational timelines.
• Draft product estimates and manage cost analysis to support project leads.
• Oversee documentation processes for accurate invoicing and collection of payments, ensuring smooth financial management.
• Uphold field safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and enforce contract compliance, managing change orders effectively to reflect terms accurately.
• Interpret client specifications and assist in developing project schedules to meet their needs in collaboration with operational teams.
• Lead and contribute to meetings that drive project success, instituting plans that secure project milestones.
• Handle project finalization documentation and archive details for future reference post-payment.
• Support project leaders by facilitating retrospective meetings to analyze project execution, identifying improvement areas.

Who We Are Looking For:

Educational Qualities:

• Possession of a High School Diploma/GED with over 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree backed by 1-3 years of field experience.
• Proven experience in the precast sector is advantageous.

Environment & Culture:

The position involves tasks in both office settings and outdoor manufacturing spaces. Be prepared for varied weather conditions and the inherent sound levels associated with an industrial environment.
