We are a growing, client-focused Medicare product insurance agency based in the Pacific
Northwest (Beaverton, OR and Vancouver, WA) currently expanding our seasonal team for
Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) 2025. We are actively hiring licensed Medicare
insurance agents outside of Oregon and Washington for remote 1099 contract positions.
Agents will assist existing clients who need to review and potentially switch their Medicare
Advantage or Medicare Supplement plans. We anticipate a steady flow of qualified leads and
are looking for experienced professionals who can jump in and make an immediate impact.
Opportunities may begin with onboarding prior to AEP, continue through the AEP season
(October 15 – December 7), and potentially extend beyond that for agents who enjoy the work
and demonstrate strong performance. Contracts may be short-term or longer-term depending
on mutual fit and workload availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Medicare plan reviews and help clients select or update coverage.
Gather and input client data (including prescriptions and provider preferences) to
support plan comparisons.
Lead scheduled phone consultations and clearly explain Medicare Advantage,
Supplement, and Part D options.
Process enrollments and plan changes using internal systems and CRM tools.
Provide accurate and compliant Medicare guidance to help clients make informed
decisions.
Maintain timely CRM notes and support follow-up needs.
Participate in virtual training and manage your work independently from a home-based
office.
Required Qualifications:
Active health insurance license.
Medicare Advantage experience preferred (especially during AEP).
Professional communication skills for engaging with seniors over the phone.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms and Excel or Google Sheets.
Dependable home office setup with strong internet connection and quiet workspace.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
Compensation:
Leads are provided and workload is consistent throughout AEP for those with strong
follow-through and product knowledge.
Contractors will be issued 1099 forms at year-end.
