Job Description

We are seeking  Part -Time Massage Therapists  to join our winning team! This is your chance to make a real difference by providing top-notch massages that leave our guests feeling like royalty.

Duties:

• Demonstrate first class customer service to our clients and guests.
• Ensure spa area and treatment rooms are clean, organized, and safe Conduct consultations to understand guests’ conditions, symptoms, and medical histories.
• Develop and propose client therapy plans that specify which types of massages are to be used.
• Perform various types of massages including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal.
• Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture.
• Create a calming and inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely appointments and adequate treatment durations.
• Ensure treatment room hygiene and safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in folding and Help with folding and storing spa linens.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in massage therapy through continuing education and professional development.
• Collaborate with other health practitioners and staff to improve the overall health and well-being of clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• TN State Massage License. 
• Strong understanding of the human anatomy and various massage therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Empathetic and patient with client needs.
• Professional and respectful with clients and staff.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
