Summary

We are seeking dedicated Landscapers and Groundsmen to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring well-kept landscapes, and performing various grounds maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in different conditions.

Duties

• Perform routine landscaping maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning.
• Install and maintain plants, trees, sod, mulch, and seasonal color.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Remove debris, leaves, and litter to ensure clean and presentable outdoor spaces.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.
• Assist in erosion control, tree removal, and other special landscaping projects.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with landscaping best practices.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, machinery, and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and plant care techniques.
• Experience operating heavy landscaping equipment.
