Job Title : Junior Project Manager

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and monitor project tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project updates and risks.
• Support resource planning and allocation under the guidance of senior managers.
• Track and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Participate in meetings and ensure action items are tracked and followed up.
• Work with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.

• Experience in project coordination or management (internships included).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certification (or willingness to pursue).
• Experience in SDLC and IT/software development projects.
• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
