Job Description

MAU is hiring an Interviewer in Greenville, SC. As an Interviewer, you will support recruiting operations by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for a variety of client positions. You will also assist with administrative and front-desk functions to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a short-term, contract assignment expected to last approximately three months.

Required Education and Experience

1–3 years of general work experience

Essential Functions

Review job orders and collaborate with Staffing Specialists and Supervisors to meet hiring needs
Conduct candidate interviews for project and transactional accounts (in-person and phone screens)
Recruit qualified candidates using online job portals (MAU website, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
Schedule interviews, assessments, client interviews, and orientations
Support administrative tasks, including front-desk responsibilities and orientation processing
