This role is ideal for someone with advanced Excel capabilities and a strong foundation in data management, transformation, and visualization. The successful candidate will play a key role in aggregating, cleaning, and mining data from various sources to support business decisions and ensure data integrity. Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and structure data from various formats (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs).
• Extract, clean, and organize unstructured or incomplete data sources.
• Perform advanced Excel-based data manipulation (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; VBA a plus).
• Identify and report data gaps or issues, including missing or inaccessible files.
• Create clear visualizations and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Document data structures, assumptions, and limitations.
• Provide regular updates on progress and data-related challenges.

Core Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience in data cleaning, aggregation, and mining.
• Ability to extract data from embedded and non-standard sources.
• Familiarity with SQL or data query tools (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Eligible to work with export-controlled data

Preferred Traits & Skills:

• Basic data querying skills (SQL, Power Query, etc.).
• Experience with unstructured business or operational data.
• Ability to automate tasks (Excel macros, VBA, or scripting).
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
