We're a small team with big ambitions. You'd be joining as employee #2 , working directly with our founder, advisors, and contractors to lay the foundation for a standout brand. If you want to build something that matters, and love the idea of helping students turn passion into direction, read on.

We're looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to help shape and share Ekuso's voice. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives at the intersection of content, community, and culture, and who's excited to build from zero.

You'll be responsible for making our brand come alive across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and Reddit alongside our founder-led content strategy. You'll create content, spark conversations, collaborate with creators, and help us grow an engaged, inspired community.

⚠ This is not a customer support or moderation role. It's a creative marketing role focused on storytelling, experimentation, and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Create Content – Write, film, or edit engaging content across channels: blog posts, Reels, memes, guides, spotlights, and more.
• Build Community – Engage with gamers, creators, and parents on Discord, Reddit, and social media. Start conversations, share wins, and build trust.
  
• S upport Founder-Led Content – Work alongside our founder to amplify our mission through storytelling and creator collabs.
  
• Run Experiments – Launch lightweight marketing and community experiments like Reddit posts, TikTok drops, and discord rituals and track what works.
• Shape the System – Build the early infrastructure: lightweight workflows, calendars, structure, and software.
• Collab with Influencers and Creators – Work with collegiate gamers and influencers to promote our programs and create original content.
• Manage Webinars – Run and promote parent-facing webinars to support enrollment and build credibility.
• Track & Improve – Analyze what's resonating. Propose changes, remix ideas, and push toward smarter execution.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Are a gamer . Whether you play League or Animal Crossing, you understand the community and what makes gaming meaningful.
  
• Are a strong communicator . You can write sharp copy, tell great stories, and shift tone based on the audience.
  
• Have 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing (personal projects and internships count).
  
• Are creative and resourceful . You take initiative, try things, and learn fast.
  
• Want to grow quickly. This is an early hire with real influence and long-term upside.
  
• Know your way around YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Instagram, and Reddit,  and you're excited to create in all of them.
  
• Love building from scratch and being part of something meaningful.

• Base Salary : $50,000–$60,000 per year
