What You’ll Do: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects from start to finish. Facilitate contracts, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and oversee financial performance. Occasionally step into the field to ensure projects are running smoothly and efficiently. Use tools like MS Project, Trimble, and the Microsoft Office Suite to stay organized and ahead of schedule. What Success Looks Like: Your leadership will directly contribute to growing our market share across self-perform divisions. You’ll collaborate closely with design and leadership teams to drive results and deliver exceptional outcomes.
