About the Role:
We are proud to provide companionship and non-medical support to local Veterans who have served our country and now deserve respectful, compassionate care in return. We are seeking dependable and empathetic Companion Caregivers to enrich their daily lives through social interaction, safety monitoring, and basic support at home.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide friendly conversation and emotional support
• Assist with routine daily tasks such as light housekeeping and meal prep
• Support with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation (if needed)
• Encourage and accompany clients in recreational activities or walks
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment
• Communicate with family members or care coordinators as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with seniors or Veterans (preferred but not required)
• Kind, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Must pass background screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
