What You'll Do:
Analyze and evaluate commercial auto applications to determine risk and make informed decisions.
Directly impact business profitability and success.
Manage your own book of business in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Build strong relationships with agents and insureds to provide top-notch service.
Assess potential loss hazards and structure insurance programs to meet client needs.
Participate in a comprehensive training program, including one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in finance, banking, sales, or a role focused on building long-term relationships.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk effectively.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to market products and services based on client needs.
