We Are Hiring for Behavior Specialist I!

($6,604 - $8,638 Monthly)

The Department of State Hospitals – Coalinga is now accepting applications for a  Limtied Term Full-Time  Behavior Specialist I positions.  Enduring Treatment Team Member, under the direction of the Program Director or his/her designee, is a member of multidisciplinary treatment team who provides direct mental health services to forensically committed patients. Assignments are related to {a) Treatment Planning and Conference Participation, (b) Milieu Interventions, (c) Facilitating Therapeutic Groups, (d) Developing Behavioral Support Plans, and (e) Assessments.

• The position(s) require(s) completion of educational courses as specified in the Class Specification (link available in the Minimum Requirements section).
• The position(s) require(s) a Drug Screening be passed prior to being hired.
• The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
• The position(s) require(s) Medical Clearance prior to being hired.
