Job Description
Job Summary for AI/ML Engineer (Las Vegas, NV):
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks for both modern and legacy technology stacks.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, including design, analysis, review, and testing, to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models tailored to diverse use cases, supporting modernization while maintaining robust legacy infrastructure.
- Perform model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning, considering legacy architecture constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a technical expert, providing solutions for complex, multi-technology projects.
- Quickly acquire domain knowledge to offer subject matter expertise and guide technical leads and peers.
- Establish and drive technical standards, guidelines, and best practices, particularly in test automation, to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Develop and update strategic technical direction and operating procedures for technologies and IS processes.
- Lead team projects and mentor junior resources as needed.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and 3 years in legacy application development.
- 8+ years of experience leading concurrent technical projects involving both legacy and modern technologies.
- 5+ years of lead experience in cloud and Java applications, with a focus on test automation.
- Initial OPT-EAD with at least 6 months validity required.
